Describe the way in which power can be shared among governments at different levels.

• Organs of government: Power is shared among different organs of government, such as the Legislature, Executive and Judiciary. The legislature is responsible for making laws; executive organ is responsible for execution or implementation the laws whereas reviews the legality of actions of legislature and executive. None of these organs can exercise unlimited power as each organ checks the others.
