How do the existing rulers react to people's demands?

A ruler is chosen by the people in a democracy and in monarchy or autocracy a ruler inherits the position. But the aim of having a ruler is to govern the nation and look after the welfare of the citizens.

1. When citizens demand something, the ruler must look into the demands deeply and ensure it is beneficial for all.

2. Party and leaders use dirty tricks like booth capturing, not letting the people who are against them to vote to win the election.

3. Some make false promises during the elections and don’t bother to fulfil them after winning.
