Supreme Court of India has introduced a new system in which the candidates had to make a legal declaration of the following:

1. Any criminal cases are pending against them.

2. Details of the assets and properties.

3. Education qualification of the candidate.

The above declaration would be made public so that the public would know the details of the candidates and help them judge the candidates in a better way.
