Differentiate the following with respect to x:

tan3x


To Find: Differentiation


NOTE : When 2 functions are in the product then we used product rule i.e


Formula used: (tananu) = atana - 1nu and = nxn - 1


Let us take y = tan3x


So, by using the above formula, we have


tan3x = 3tan2(x) = 3tan2x (sec2x).


Differentiation of y = tan3x is 3tan2x (sec2x)
