Do you agree that economic marginalisation and social marginalisation are interlinked? Why?

Yes, economic marginalisation and social marginalisation are interlinked because:

a) The minority are under economic marginalisation because they do not receive the benefits accruing from the economic development of the country. They do not have access to basic needs and education.

b) When there is economic marginalisation, the social marginalisation automatically comes along with it. They do not involve socially and are thus marginalised. So, they remain backward and are not able to develop in either of the two ways.
