The two reasons why Adivasis are becoming increasingly marginalised are:

a) They have a different culture, language, and tradition as compared to mainstream Indian society. Thus, people tend to assume that they are backward and primitive. They are also blamed for lack of advancement as it is believed that they resistant to any change.

b) The life of an Adivasi is close to nature and they usually prefer living in the forest area. So, whenever a forest is cut down they are forced to migrate to another area which they are not comfortable with.
