What is the difference between disguised employment and seasonal employment?

Seasonal unemployment results from seasonal fluctuations in demand. Example: Employment in ice factories is only for the summer. The same is the case with agricultural workers who remain employed during harvesting and sowing seasons and remain idle for the rest of the year.

Disguised unemployment is a feature of underdeveloped countries people are prepared to work but they are unable to find work throughout the year due to the lack of complementary factors.
