this type of unemployment is called structural unemployment. Structural unemployment results from a variety of causes. It could be due to lack of the co-operant factors of production, or changes in the economic structure of the society.

To reduce this:

1. Training and education to be provided to find jobs.

2. Government should generate more labour intensive jobs.
