What is the ‘virtuous cycle’ created by educated parents?

Educated parents invest more in the education of their children, as they have understood that education is the priority for the development of their children. They also invest in the health and hygiene of their children. This is the scenario in the majority of the houses and families. Hence this way they have created a vicious cycle.
