Bhuvan has tremendous uses for scientists, policy makers and the general public. Justify.

Bhuvan was launched by the Indian Space Research Organization on August 12^th 2009. Bhuvan is a free internet-based computer application. Bhuvan when connected to the internet, a person can find their places of interest, scenes of events in the news or parts around the world.

The Government agencies need not maintain their own data centres and can use Bhuvan as a national platform with high availability assurance. They can share their data with Bhuvan which is very useful for policy makers.

Bhuvan is also acting as a clearing house for satellite data. They are effectively used for scientific studies. They also provide information on natural resources and disasters to the general public.

Thus we can say that Bhuvan has tremendous uses for scientists, policy makers and the general public.
