Write a short note on the Right to Constitutional Remedies.

The Right to Constitutional remedies is a Fundamental Right provided by the Indian constitution. It provides the individual, the right to approach the court, in case he/she feels that their Fundamental Rights are being violated. In case, the court finds truth in the claim, it issues writs and asks the government to safeguard the citizen rights. Hence, it is right that guarantees all other rights.
