Why do children need special attention?

Children need special protection because:

1. They are innocent and unintelligible. We need to provide appropriate guidance and support to them, and actively ensure their security

2. They cannot distinguish an innocent touch from a nasty move.

3. They are the future of the nation and adequate precautions must be taken to foster the rights, they can’t fight for.
