How do you enjoy the fundamental rights in your life?

We enjoy Fundamental Rights in every way in our lives. Most importantly,

a) If we did not have the Right to Equality, the government might have discriminated against people with respect to religion or caste, to help increase their vote banks. Such people might have been preferred in job selection processes or might have been treated differently in court

b) The Right to Freedom provides us the freedom to speak our mind and write and criticise governments on social media or in our conversations with friends

c) Right to Freedom also provides freedom in choice of occupation and residence. What this means that we can do whatever legal work we want to and can live and travel in any part of our country

d) Freedom of Religion provides for necessary safeguards to be devoted to any faith without fear of persecution.

e) Cultural and Educational Rights ensure full societal participation for all

f) Right against exploitation helps us to lead complete lives by banning child labour, and helping the child to maintain his innocence and not be pushed into paid work.
