Why is the enzyme cellulase needed for isolating genetic material from plant cells and not from the animal cells?

Plant cells contain cell wall of cellulose but in animal cells, cell wall and cellulose absent. Therefore the enzyme cellulase is required for isolating genetic material from plant cells only.
