Define Human Development.

Human development represents a procedure of enlarging the variety of choices made by people, enhancing their opportunities for health care, education, empowerment and income, in addition to covering the complete range of human preferences from a sound physical environment to social, political as well as economic freedom. Its basic goal is to form conditions wherein people are capable of living meaningful lives.
