Human development represents the procedure of expanding and providing more preferences to people, more opportunities for empowerment, healthcare and education while covering all the preferences from a physical environment to social, political and economic freedom.

It is essential due to the following reasons:

(A) The human development perspective emphasizes the enhancement of people’s lives instead of assuming that economic growth will automatically result in bigger opportunities for all.

(B) Human development is regarding providing people with more opportunities as well as the freedom to live the lives they value, for example, educating individuals, particularly girls.

(C) It creates the correct conditions for all. For example, form environmental sustainability of equality between women as well as men. Once the basics of human development are attained, they open up opportunities for development or progress in other domains of life.

(D) It also assists in creating awareness among persons towards their responsibilities like a citizen and human being to form up an opinion for the decrement in military expenditure, disarmament, demobilization of armed forces and all those activities that are responsible for civil issues or disturbances.
