Explain ‘poverty’.

Poverty represents a condition of deprivation which in absolute terms reflects the incapability of an individual to satisfy some basic needs or requirements for a healthy, reasonably and sustained a productive living. It is one condition wherein an individual is deprived of even the most basic requirements or needs of life.
