(a) The microbial source of cyclosporine-A is a fungus, Trichoderma polyspermy. It is a bio reactive which acts as an immunosuppressive agent. During organ transplant, the immune system of the patient causes problem. Hence, cyclosporine-A is administered in the patient to suppress its immune system, so that foreign organs and tissues can be transplanted in the body of the patient.


(b) The bottled juices which we bought from the market is clear as compared to the juice we make at home. This is because make juices are added with enzymes pectinases and proteases which make the juice clearer.
