Divide polynomial 3x3 – 8x2 + x + 7 by x – 3 using synthetic method and write the quotient and remainder.

The coefficient forms the first polynomial is as follows:

⟹ 3x3 – 8x2 + x + 7


⟹ (3, -8, 1, 7)



The quotient is as follows = 3x3 + x2 + 4x


The remainder is = 19
