Construct the circumcircle and incircle of an equilateral ΔXYZ with side 6.5 cm and center O. Find the ratio of the radii of incircle and circumcircle.

Step 1: Draw equilateral triangle XYZ with side 6cm



Step 2: Take distance more than half of the Side and draw Circles from X Y and Z



Step 3: From the point of intersections of these circles Draw lines to join them to X Y and Z



Step 4: the point inside the triangle where all lines intersect is called Circumcenter or incenter (Both Same as triangle is equilateral)


Step 5: taking this as center Draw incircle and circumcircle and measure their radius



Radius of Incircle OD = 1.9 units


Radius of Circumcircle OZ = 3.8 units
