Suggest four preventive measures for air pollution.

The following measures can be taken to prevent air pollution:

1. Factories emit smoke which contains harmful particles. These particles can be filtered before releasing into the atmosphere using arresters and filters.

2. Waste should be disposed off properly using scientific disposal procedures.

3. Atomic tests and chemical weapons should be controlled.

4. Production of CFC should be controlled and if possible be banned.
