Write a short note on Himalayan Yew.

It is a tree endemic to the Himalayan region. the trees have a height of 10-30 meters and have spreading branches. The tree has medicinal use. It is used in making a cancer drug.

Due to exploitation for its leaves and barks, it has declined. It is currently classified as endangered by IUCN.
