Q3 of 28 Page 57

Answer in about 100 - 120 words.

"Actions justify thoughts." Elaborate.

The famous philosopher Romain Rolland has said, “Action is the end of thought.” It is indeed true that actions justify thoughts, because thoughts that have been left untranslated into actions are nothing but treachery. “All thought which does not look towards action is a treachery”, Rolland says.

If one is the servant of thought, one must also be the servant of action. People tend to avoid action, no matter what their thoughts are, for the simple reason that with action comes the chance of risks and dangers, and they are scared of facing them. However, in reality, thoughts can only be justified by actions, which are the sole evidence of performance, besides being the symbol of life and its zest.
