How did Lady Weston react to the 'death threat'?

Lady Weston reacted very humorously to the death threat as she laughed at the message that Weston read from the little piece of paper. She seemed to be very sarcastic to her husband and made fun of his over cautious nature by saying that it was fortunate that his spills had exhausted and he would have gone out without seeing the warning in the pocket. She was already fed up by previous threats rumors that Mr. Weston would used to get from his enemies as he was a very strict judge who would never compromise with the decision of law which had made many persons upset with him.
