Q6 of 21 Page 118

Answer the following questions briefly.

What was the truth about the crumpled piece of paper?

According to Lord Weston’s wife the message written on the crumbled piece of paper was not a threat to Weston’s life in fact it was a message from a well wisher of him. The message was left by a good man who has shown a considerable concern for Lord Weston to warm him against a possible murder attempt. But in actual the message was scribbled by Lord Weston himself to remind him of the gardener named Caesar who had agreed to meet him to look at his roses trees so he had made a remember note of appointment to meet him on time but eventually forgot his own handwriting.
