Is it necessary to express all angles in radian while using the equation ω = ω0 + αt?

It is not necessary to express all the angles in radians while using ω = ω0 + αt. For our answer to be accurate, we should need to use all the variables in the same unit. If and α are in rad/sec and rad/, respectively then we would get the angle in radians.
