Draw a labeled diagram to show that particular stage of binary fission in amoeba in which its nucleus elongates and divides into two and a constriction appears in its cell membrane.

Binary fission is an asexual method of reproduction of organism; in this the parent organism splits to form two new organisms. When the amoeba cell reaches the maximum size of growth the nucleus lengthens and divide in two parts. After this the cytoplasm divides in further two parts.
