Fine the equation of the line parellel to the line 3x-4y+2=0 and passing through the point (-2,3)


Any line parallel to 3x-4y+2=0 is 3x-4y+k=0

Now, it passes through (-2,3)

So, 3(-2)-4(3)+k=0

-6-12+k=0 k=8

Hence required equation is

3x-4y+18=0
