It was an unusual instance. Mr. Subramanium was late for his lecture. He hurried to his room and saw a peon dusting the table by putting all the articles of his table to one side. Mr. Subramanium mistook him for a thief who had come to steal the office property ——.

It was an unusual instance. Mr. Subramanium was late for his lecture. He hurried to his room and saw a peon dusting the table by putting all the articles of his table to one side. Mr. Subramanium mistook him for a thief who had come to steal the office property. He entered the room without making any noise and held the peon from the back whom he mistook to be a thief and started to yell loudly calling out for help. The peon struggled to set himself free and tell the professor that he wasn’t a thief but was an employee but failed to do so. On hearing the professor’s yelling the other employers gathered around and told the professor that he mistook the office staff as a thief. Later on, hearing this professor felt sorry for the peon and apologized. He felt embarrassed and also apologized to the people who gathered to help him for disturbing them and for creating an issue.
