The news of Shultz’s miracle recovery shocked Michael because it was about a boy getting well after going into a coma. In the psycho-driven game Sebastian Shultz was saved by Micheal after he tried for many times he saved the boy from coma later Micheal was shocked to know that the actual Sebastian and the one in the game were both the same one.
