Uday was a kid of spirits from a very tender age. He was a well-focussed and determined student throughout his school days. He wanted to do something brave in his life for the benefit of humanity. He saw financial problems and loss throughout his young days and therefore aimed at winning recognition far and wide, throughout the world. He assessed his management skills and his marketing skills really well. One day while travelling in Delhi metro, passing a slum area, he realised how difficult life can get without basic amenities and how so much of human kind is living deprived of such basic needs. Therefore he grabbed this opportunity and decided to devote his career for their well being. He opened an NGO named ‘Uphaar’ and used his amazing management and marketing skills to develop it. He crossed all the hurdles on the way and with his headstrong mind and strong will power he gathered all the courage to work on it and take it to new heights. Today it is one of the most well known NGO which is now affiliated with the United Nations and works for mankind through the globe.
