PROCEDURE :


We know that volume of the hollow sphere “V” = × π × (R3 – r3)


Putting all the values in the above formula, we get


V = ×× (123 – 103)


= ××(1728-1000)


= ××728


= 3050.66 cm3


∴ volume of the hollow sphere is 3050.66 cm3
