When urine is discharged, in beginning it is acidic in nature later it become alkaline.

The urine when discharged is acidic in nature but it becomes alkaline due to its decomposition forming ammonia giving urine its characteristic pungent smell. Thus when urine is discharged, in beginning it is acidic in nature later it become alkaline.
