Road accidents at high speed are worse than accidents at low speed. Give reasons.

During such accidents vehicles come to rest at a very short interval. Now, in case of vehicle moving at high speed more force will be required to stop the vehicle at a very short time hence, more impulse/impact/retarding force whereas, in case of vehicles moving at a low speed less force will be required to stop the vehicle at that interval. Hence, road accidents at high speed are worse than accidents at low speed.
