How can a manager motivate the worker to produce more?

Employee productivity is the backbone of any production. Motivation is the key factor to all work place and it is necessary to achieve goals. The major factor under your control of the manager is his relationship with each employee. The second-most important factor is a work environment and organizational culture that promote employee motivation and engagement.

1. The manger motivate employees' inherent drive during challenging times by cultivating the relationships with him


2. The manger creates a climate of trust which expect only the best from the workers


3. He helps in setting high values and clear expectations, focusing on their personal and professional growth.


4. He behaves as he is a part of the team by lending a hand with the work, making himself available to anyone who has a personal or work-related problem


5. He communicates honestly and regularly with each employee in the group and this would help really to understand the employees. This infuses optimism and vision in the team.


6. He treats employees with respect, recognizes their contributions to the team, provides definite direction, responds quickly to complaints and requests for help or feedback.


7. In a later stage, the manager set the step by empowering them to motivate themselves.
