A challenge is a difficulty that has an opportunity for progress in itself.

a. Challenge takes us one level up once it is overcome.

b. Challenges are not just problems, it makes us think and paves way for further improvements.

c. There are many legal challenges in a democracy like inequality, poverty, casteism etc., which is faced by the Government and solutions are arrived at to eradicate these issues which raises the prestige of a country in the world arena.

Thus, it can be rightly said that challenge is a way for development.
