What are Einstein's views on education based on?

According to Einstein, education should not be forced upon the students. A student should start learning according to his/her interests and willingness. Einstein explains that there are three motives that influence a student to learn and study, i.e. fear, recognition and pressure. He believes that school should find the best motives that guide the students efficiently.
