According to him, the scientific matter of education doesn’t base upon any personal experiences. It has been made through technologies and studies whereas matters pertaining to education refer to those education matters that are based on someone’s personal experience and personal conviction. In his opinion, those intelligent men of all times who have dealt with educational problems and have expressed their views have actual matters which can pertain to education.
