Option (i)


When 1,3-butadiene and acrylonitrile undergoes co-polymerization the give Buna – N, the letter N is used to suggest the presence nitrogen atom is the polymer.



Option (ii) Bakelite is produced by intermolecular condensation of phenol and formaldehyde which gives o-hydroxy methylphenol and p-hydroxy methylphenol.




Rxn:


The ortho and para isomer undergoes polymerisation to give long and branched structure of Bakelite.


Option (iii)


Teflon is prepared by free radical mechanism polymerization of tetraflouroethene.
