radius 20 cm and arc length 25 cm.

Given: radius (r) = 20 cm

Arc length (a) = 25cm


area of sector = ?


perimeter of sector = ?


As we know,


(a) Area of sector =



⇒ area of sector = 250 cm2


(b) perimeter of sector = r + r + length of arc


= 2 ( r) + length of arc


= 2(20) + 25


= 40 + 25 = 65cm
