Given:

θ = 30°


radius of small part is 21cm


radius of bigger part is 42cm


Area of small sector =




⇒ area of small sector = 115.5 cm2


Area of large sector =




⇒ area of large sector = 462 cm2


Area of shaded part = 462 – 115.5


= 346.5cm2
