Given:

length of arc (a) = 4.4m


area = 9.24m2


(a) Area of sector =




⇒ radius of sector = 4.2m


(b) Area of sector =





⇒ central angle = 60°


(c) perimeter of sector = 2 ( r) + length of arc


= 2(4.2) + 4.4


= 8.4 + 4.4


= 12.8cm
