Define intensity of radiation on the basis of photon picture of light. Write its S.I. unit.

In the photon picture of light, light consists of small packets (quanta) of energy called photons, the frequency of the light is defined by the energy of the photon. So, Intensity of a radiation is defined as number of photons emitted from a unit surface. Its SI unit is J/m2s.
