Name the phase all organisms have to pass through before they can reproduce sexually.

All organisms have to cross the Juvenile / vegetative (in plants) stage to reach the reproductive phase or the phase of sexual activity. In Juvenile phase the organism grows physically (bones, muscles, primary and secondary sexual characters , etc) and mentally as well as achieves maturity.
