Describe the Lactational Amenorrhea method of birth control.

Lactational Amenorrhea is a postnatal method of birth control. It is applied at the time when a newborn is being breast fd by the mother which causes release of prolactin which has a contraceptive effect on the body thereby decreasing the chances of pregnancy during this time period while the baby is being breast fed.
