How is ‘Rosie’ considered different from a normal cow? Explain.

Rosie was the first transgenic cow. It’s DNA was introduced with the gene of human alpha lactalbumin, thus the milk it produced contained human lactalbumin which is more stable and nutritionally more balanced for babies. Its produced milk which was highly human protein enriched milk i.e. about 2.4gm of protein is present in 1Lt of milk.
