Write structures of compounds A and B in each of the following reactions:


When ethyl benzene is oxidized using KMnO4 in basic medium it undergoes rigorous oxidation to give corresponding carboxylate which on hydrolysis gives benzoic acid.


Rxn:



When cyclohexanol is treated with chromic acid (CrO3) it undergoes oxidation to give cyclohexanone.



Cyclohexanone when further reacted with undergoes substitution reaction to give a complex compound named 2-cyclohexylidene hydrazinecarboxamide.



NOTE: the above reaction is highly critical and complicated and the details should not be sought. The naming of the final compound is based on IUPAC with carboxamide as the principle functional group.
