Dear Rakesh,

It has been long since I haven’t heard from you. I hope you are doing well. I have been wondering about you since the day I joined Kathak classes for some rejuvenation and it has turned out to be very therapeutic.

The regular strenuous classes were draining me out vigour. After returning home, I could hardly bring myself up to do some task. So, one day, I happened to across a notice regarding Kathak classes during the entire vacation and thought of reminiscing my good old dance classes. Kathak had always been very close to my heart but which I couldn’t possibly continue due to academic pressure. But now I can feel how every beat sets my body in a fury that seems to engulf me in its own world and transforms me into a frenzied being that can consume every inhibition with undaunting confidence. These classes are a relief from the undesired strings of everyday. These classes make me feel more convincing to myself about my own individuality and worth. Well, I was thinking if you too could possibly join some hobby classes. You can opt for swimming classes that will boost your mental and physical strength. You told me once that you missed swimming in the nearby pond of your locality but had to abandon it after you shifted to the city. I really think you should look for such refreshments.

Send my love to aunty and uncle and give a thought to my little advice. I want to listen from you about your hobby classes very soon. Till then, stay calm and healthy. Take my love.

Yours Neetil

Oh, books, what books they used to know, Those children living long ago!

So please, oh please, we beg; we pray,

Go throw your TV set away,

And in its place you can install

A lovely bookshelf on the wall

Then fill the shelves with lots of books, Ignoring all the dirty looks, ....

Fear not, because. we promise you

That, in about. a week or two

Of having nothing else to do,

They'll now begin to feel the need

Of having something to read

And once they start -oh boy, oh boy!

You watch the slowly growing joy

That fills their hearts. They'll grow so keen

They'll wonder what they'd ever seen

In that ridiculous machine.....
