7x + 3y = 42


21x + 9y = 42

7x + 3y = 42 y = ... equation (i)



Equation (i) will be plotted as line AB.


21x + 9y = 42 y = ... equation (ii)



Equation (ii) will be plotted as line CD.



Here, we can see from graph that lines AB and CD are not intersecting each other i.e, they are parallel. Hence it is not solvable.
