4x + 3y = 20


4x + 3y = 20 y = ... equation (i)


Equation (i) will be plotted as line AB.


6x – y = 8 y = 6x - 8 ... equation (ii)



Equation (ii) will be plotted as line CD.



Here in the graph, we can see that these two lines are intersecting each other at point P(2,4). Hence it is solvable and its solution is x = 2 and y = 4
